Please note that returns are not free—return shipping costs and a restocking fee apply. The customer is responsible for these costs. Additionally, sale items are final and cannot be returned. You can also use our self-service, below more information.

Returns Policy

At NORITA, we offer you the option to return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service at noritacustomerservice@gmail.com within this period. Do not send any returns before contacting us, as your return may get lost. We accept both refund and exchange requests (size/color).

Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all necessary parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product arrived.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; damages due to negligent handling are excluded. Products for which hygiene is important have been carefully cleaned before the start of the return process.
  • The product was found to be defective upon receipt. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.
  • There is no open dispute or any process which may conflict with our processes.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is by returning the item and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted. In some cases, we offer free size exchanges. Please contact us at noritacustomerservice@gmail.com if the product you ordered does not fit, so we can explore what options are available. Exchanges for variants, colors, or other products must be done by returning the item and placing a new order.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, order cancellations are not possible because our warehouse is fully automated. Shipping labels are created and products are processed about 12 hours after the order is placed. If your order is already in transit, please wait for the package to arrive and then return it. We are happy to assist, but cancellations are not possible due to this process.

In some cases, we may be able to adjust address details, sizes, or variants at the last minute. If you notice something is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at noritacustomerservice@gmail.com.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process.

Ensure that the email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request and if you like to exchange
  • A photo of the product if it is damaged or unacceptable
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Customer's address

We will then contact you to provide you with the best possible solution to handle your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed, and you will receive the amount to your original payment method within a few business days.

The return destination depends on the warehouse from which the order was dispatched. Returns from European warehouses incur different costs than those from Asian warehouses. For all orders dispatched from Europe or Asia, a restocking and processing fee of £9.95 applies, excluding the cost of the return label.

We understand that return costs can be significant, which is why we offer a more favourable solution for you as a valued customer. Once you contact our customer service team, we will provide the best possible solution tailored to your situation.

Replacements are straightforward. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we offer a favourable option to send you the new variant quickly and efficiently.

Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address once requested. Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at noritacustomerservice@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at noritacustomerservice@gmail.com. Please note that all return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return.
